Michigan's economic plan must not pick winners and losers through tax breaks, but foster an economic environment where all businesses can thrive. We must also promote our industrial and manufacturing base, while encouraging emerging technologies, renewable energy, and international trade. I will do whatever it takes to retain jobs and attract new jobs to Michigan.
